Restored Bren Carriers

here's the remains of a loyd carrier still on a hillside in western scotland, it was used to build a water pipe line in the late sixties but the engine siezed and it was abandoned where it stopped, i plan to recover it if the owner is agreeable.

Excellent stuff. I just need scuba diving gear or a REALLY dry summer to recover a Bren Carrier from a reservoir in Wales...

oh man ! you shouldn't go telling me about things like that, now you've got me intrigued. i've just bought a leyland daf 4 tonner which i'm in the process of fitting a crane to for just such occasions, are you up for a recovery job ?
