Usercp > Edit options > Show your reputation level.

You can still give and receive, but your pips won't show.

Thanks VP, but I still can't find it under edit options ...

Possibly, you must push in your keyboard Ctrl+F5, for the total recharge of the page from the server of WW2Talk to see it.

    1. How many people must you 'Rep' before you can 'Rep' the same person again?

    2. What is the '0' points '1' point(s) thing all about? If I'm Rep'n somebody, it's not to give them Nil-Points. Should I be able to see more points 2, 3, 4 than this?

    1. Five.

    2. It depends on the points you can give. These are based on post-count, reputation, and length of membership.
When giving negative rep a user gives up to half of their total rep power. As your current 'points power' is one point, then there is no ability to give negs yet. Once you reach 2 points of rep power the pop-up list of points will show 2, 3, 0, & -1. This is a good thing, as it means it takes a while before chaps can give negative rep.
The '0 points' in that dropdown selection box just comes with the plug-in that allows giving different points... I use it sometimes for annoying Owen.

Perhaps it's time again to encourage spreading the reps a little more?

I know that a few of us aren't that bothered about receiving them, but that's not the point. It's only because it's obvious from the 'blank' squares for newbies, that I've noticed some who could've deserved a rep are sitting on nothing. Folks are commenting on a thread which is great, but clearly not rep'ing.

Just keep it in mind next time you read something that makes makes a good impression, s'all ... it's not just for your best mates.

Just found this thread and I admit this idea of "repping" is completely new to me - I have been involved in other forums where you simply get "graded" as your "length of service" increases and depending on the number of posts you make, so I was unaware that this system was in force here - will try to remember in future (three times round the parade ground . . .)

Perhaps the Member List* should include a tally of Rep Points given, as well as received. Now that would put the tightfisted ones in the spotlight :D

    * I had no idea Generalfeldmarschall Willhelm List was a Member here

On another thread, someone commented about 'negative reputation points' and it got wondering what it was all about. I have since discovered that I have 135 reputation points - thanks to all those who gave me points.

So, is there any protocol for the addition/subtraction of reputation points? I'd like to play this game properly:D

And sorry to everyone to whom I should have, in the past, allocated reputation points!

Thanks. I did find this thread on a second search!

Lightening speed, by the way - well done!

PS I've just had a look at the reputation marks. Thanks, folks - you know who you are.
