Not interested in the flag, but I think the photograph of the building is the prewar Hotel Adlon in Berlin.

The real one comes with "the warning from history" reproductions ones from movies etc or just made to sell , no thanks.
£100 is about £90 too much , the real one can be got for approx $200.
Although I have these at home I am mindful of the regime which produced them , what the symbol is and what it meant to people who lived under it.
Flags / banners of this size are very common , the very large ones as per the postcard photo are not but they do not command huge prices owing to their size.
These were produced by the bucket load and many have survived £100 would get you quite a decent period one.... except via any UK dealer who will charge you much more .

The market for 3rd Reich items is strong but having met many collectors all are well aware of the history and I have yet to meet anyone who acknowledges any good from that "party".
You can own this item and period pieces without being influenced by what they are - if anything one is more mindful of the propaganda and seduction of the nation.

Leelad, sorry mate but I find this marketing a little distasteful.
This is supposed to be a general WW2 history forum, not a (fake) Nazi memorobilia marketplace. If it had a genuine history attached to it then fair do's but I don't feel this is the right place to peddle it.
    Any views Mods?

I don't mind people flogging stuff, as long as it's not all they do, it's why the post was moved to 'For Sale or Trade', a section that's always been here.
I'm equally happy for people to comment on the items occasionally offered.

Chaps like James with an interest in the real thing as a fragment of history I can relate to. A repro one's an odd thing though.
One can easily imagine one kind of nonce that'd love it, but there are legitimate buyers no doubt - Film company? Am-Dram? Reenactors maybe?

Edit: trimmed the 'Rare' off the thread title - more than happy to take James's word on Flags.
Flogging I don't mind, Hyperbole's to be curtailed perhaps.

The banner looks a bit shinny and in those days they were made from cloth.
