Details of the above loss. 26-27 November 1943 7 Squadron Lancaster III JB303 MG-F Op. Berlin. Took off from Oakington at 1704 hrs. Just to add William Meek is not currently on Newtongrange War Memorial. I have campaigned to have his name, and others, added to the memorial and pleased to say that this has been accepted.
