Remembered with honour PRESTONPANS NEW CEMETERY CWGC :: Cemetery Details Clive Sorry! Somehow I appear to have missed this post yesterday and your PM did not appear until this morning. However, at the moment I have nothing more to add than Chris has added that was new to me also. Will see if I can find out anything further. Tony
Further to the above I have found the following that adds a little to Chris' post - "Scotsman" Sept 14th, 1942. "Severely wounded in the head by a buckshot rifle, Mrs Cecilia Sunshine, 29 High Street, Prestonpans was on Saturday admitted to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Mrs Sunshine, who is 19 years of age, was conveyed to the Infirmary by Red Cross ambulance" This would suggest to me that she was visiting her parents home not whilst on duty. Surprisingly there is no reference to her husband by the CWGC. Be grateful if anybody has any further details. Tony
