    Anyone played it?

Had a game online last night a good game if somewhat lame graphics and to easy to get shot.....

No doubt its accurate in a lot of ways but before I bin it I will to try to play a few more nights...the uniforms and equipment is pretty good as is the camouflage........

i played it a while back mate. Couldnt really get into it. Wouldnt mind picking up a copy at some point though to give it another try. Did you buy it online? also does it cost extra to play it online. There was another game called Day Of Defeat which is meant to be releastic. Havent played it but heard good things.

Ive recently been playing a game called "Brothers In Arms" which i think is great. Love the fact you can order your squad around. Total band of brothers ripoff but gameplay is addictive.

I played it a decent amount of times in the past. Realistic yes, but maybe a bit too realistic. The gameplay is too difficult imo. And as you mention the graphics are very poor.

I've played Day of Defeat for more than 5 years now. It's definitely worth downloading. I play Day of Defeat: Source these days, which is way better than the old version and far more realistic.

I really like this game. Its not just on and on as in Call of Duty 2.
You have to think about what you are doing and work together with your teammates.
I think its easier to control the tanks instead of beeing a soldier.
Dont give up on this. It a good game.
