Hi all! Lee Bradbury reporting for duty!! I was here before, sometime ago, but after a major PC crash, loss of password and username I've re-enlisted on the Forum under a new username. My interests are mainly collecting Scottish edged weapons (basket-hilts and dirks), Fairbairn-Sykes Fighting Knives, WWI medals to the CEF (although this has been placed on the back-burner for the forseeable future) and planning for my wedding (those of you from the Great War Discussion Forum may recall my posting on Operation Proposal!!) My WW2 interests include the (Army) Commandos (mainly through collecting their FS Fighting Knives) and the London Fire Brigade (including it's war-time guises) during the Blitz. My family links with WW2 include Percy Bradbury (signature), Sgt Stan Peppiatt MM (Wiltshire Yeomanry) and the Lee family (cousins of my maternal grandfather) who had brothers who served in the RN, MN, RAF, British Army and Indian Army (a Lt in the Punjab Paras). The rest of the family served in Civil Defence etc.
