RAOC War Diaries at NA, Kew - What Does this mean?

I went online to the National Archives website looking at the catalogue to identify specific War Diaries relevant to researching my Gt Uncle's MSR.

I came across 2 of interest
WO 166/17401 - RAOC >> Kinema Units >> Northern Ireland District
    &
WO 166/17401 - RAOC >> Kinema Units >> HQ Army Kinema Service

Both had "Closed for 29 years" tagged under the heading Access Conditions. While I am intelligent enough to think the obvious:(, can someone actually confirm if this means the obvious and that I could be dead before I get access to these files? Also, what other avenues could be open to me to research these units.

    Any help is appreciated,

The diaries are open for public inspection and have been since around 1972/73.

The closure date is misleading but means the files were closed for 29 years afterwards, e.g. 1944 + 29 years, opened in 1973.

If you need help getting these copied, drop me a PM.
