Can anyone help ? By September 1945 my Dad was at RAF Tengah Singapore . He was with 273 Squadron . 10 Spitfies went off to Saigon but he remained at Singapore. His Service records state that his next date of movement was 17/11/45 to 3 REC ( 3 Release Embarkation Centre at Worli Bombay) Does anyone know how I can check out troopships he could have left on . I do know City of Canterbury left that day for Calcutta .I was thinking he may have travelled by train to Worli from Calcutta as when he went out he travelled Worli Calcutta on way to Chittagong . Any comments would been very appreciated.
