    Hi All,

Recently I have been researching an Uncle of mine ... William Jones Daniel.

He joined the RAF as 179191 in 1918.

The story goes that in the 2nd World War he became an officer with the RAF and was posted on Special Forces Duties in Burma. He was also a founder member of the Special Forces Club in London.

I have no information regarding what he actually did in Burma but would love to find out what his WW2 Career consisted of.

Believe he rose to rank of Squadron Leader.

    Thanks in Advance

    Daniel Morris
