They march along the parade ground as General Dwight Eisenhower, Supreme Allied Commander, takes the salute. M/S profile of him saluting. He addresses them saying they have to be leader, father and mentor to their men and keep them out of trouble. Various shots of the college. M/S of ceremonial slow march up steps and into college.
