Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders: POWs, St Valery, 1940

I am planning to write an article about prisoners of war who hail from my village who were captured at St Valery.
There are about five men I want to establish which stalag they were incarcerated and wonder where the best place to research their Stalag and any other background.
Any advice gratefully received . They were all in the Cameron Highlanders
