Quaint place, not so quaint sign..

This is the quaint village of Newington, Nr Sittingbourne, Kent. I called there yesterday for a collection, saw the lovely Oast Houses and nice Church, then upon closer inspection of the small yellow sign on the fence

I am reminded of my first visit to the US when I spotted two " No parking" signs, the first of which said " Don't even think about it here !" and the second one, some twenty yards away, saying "Here neither !"
