Interesting article - thanks for posting. There is also a memorial at Woensdrecht just north of Putte commemorating 21 men of the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry who died in the area. I'm probably going to be heading to Walcheren later this year so may stop off at Putte and Woensdrecht. Cheers, Shaun
