I don't know quite what to do about this, so I thought I would launch an appeal here. Some of you may know of or belong to the IAA forum. I have tried several times to register for the forum and I am able to get to the stage of their saying they will send a confirmation email, but I never get the email. I have tried the 'contact us' feature to tell them of the problem, but I never get a response. Has anyone else who uses that forum had similar problems? Do you know how I can contact the IAA and fix this? Thanks for any help you can give.
Have you checked your spam file in your email account in case any responses have been diverted there? Sorry if you have already but as it's the most common solution to similar problems here, I thought I'd mention it.
Yes, I have checked the spam filter(s). I've tried signing up from both my email accounts, nothing so far.
