Philip Thanks for posting that information. I will read it with interest. A very close friend of our Family served with the Prinses Irene brigade and was also on the staff of Prince Bernhard. He used to get strange looks from people during the annual reunions as the Prince always made a point of talking to him. He was also a guest of honour at Prince Bernhard's funeral. Although our friend is alive, he is quite frail now and has never really talked about his war time experiences.
