Way back in 2011, forum member, idler posted a list of ITC locations. My question is: do we have something similar for Primary Training Wings? idler's post: Infantry Training Centres - how to find?
The general idea was that each ITC (or Corps training establishment) would also have a PTW under its wing. For ITC 'X', its PTW was numbered 'X+50' (from memory).
I'm liking that answer Andrew. I've been working with a set of records that state PTW68 was based at Carlisle. That matches nicely with your calculations. Many thanks. Steve
