I am researching a POW working camp at Weston, near Crewe in Cheshire. I know that a Sergeant Frank Coles at one time was in charge of guarding the camp, which was a low security place for 'white' classified prisoners.

He was in the Royal Gloucester regiment and his service number confirms this. His family, whom I have been in touch with, confirm that he served at the camp but beyond that not much is known.

If anyone has information about him, or the best place to get information from pleasse get in touch.

    Thanks.
