possible inniskilling pow item

hi all,

has anyone seen anything like this inniskilling before.got it at a fair in bangor today.it is pruported to to be a pow item but there is no proof.
it measures 4x3ins and is made of wool.the white threads are also made from wool but added later to keep edges from fraying
any help greatly apprecated

Is it Enniskillen Castle? Turrets on both sides, and flag flying.
