    I shan't be closing the forum at 1100 11/11 this year, as I suspect it damps down people's possible willingness to engage at that time.

    The reason I still did it.

    Every year now, I wrestle with the increasingly facile wankification of HalloweenBonfireRemembrance period, with all its twee, trite, rote, markers.
    And every year I think of how Ron just liked it here.
