Do butterflies count as wildlife ? Spotted on the veranda wall half an hour ago. Looked it up and it is a Peacock Ron

Bit blurred as at bottom of garden on garage roof. Female House Sparrow feeding one of it's young on cold left-over chicken nugget I threw out on the lawn.
Tried to photograph these cute little cubs at the bottom of our garden with a compact camera on max telephoto and fading light. Currently I can just about make out a vixen and her 4 cubs. They have been in the garden for about a month now and only come out as twilight approaches. The cubs are starting to get boisterous and chase each other round like mad. The more dominants ones (foxes as opposed to vixens?) are starting to show some real character.
Just a tad envious. My cousin in Half Moon Bay B.C. sent me this today to show what they watched over breakfast this morning from their "back yard".
Canuck don't be envious - move to B.C.- you will see lots of Orca's and a whole range of Whales even Grey whales who pass on their way to the Arctic and California - some Orca's even chase the Sea Lions into Vancouver harbour to give the Tourist's a kick- as they don't see many in Nebraska - Wyoming - Richmond Hill et al… Cheers
