I trust you aren't doing on that honourable battlefield what we think you're doing... Just sitting. Oh.. u mean what?!!
Nice to see more photos to the collection. Nice to see you all at last. Capt Bill, just goes to show how easily some of these ghost photos are faked. Good effect.
Capt Bill, Is that where I think it is? [Now that's Irish!] A certain former institution in Belfast? D D If your guess was the Crumlin Road Jail, D Wing, then you'd be spot on
Realised I've noticed posted anything here for a year (not really been on much due too Uni work - final year and all that)... This is one from this summer - Deadvlei, Namibia (have a better version of this pic but its not online atm).
The last picture was taken inside "Stings" Elizabethan Manor, that was my convalescent home during WW2, It then belonged to the Cunard shipping line family. This was for the BBC, and I was asked to look serious! Sapper
Nice pics, Drew. Is that a captured Dragunov? Where did you get it, if I may ask? Cheers, I 'found' the rifle at Umm Qasr in Southern Iraq. Being the honest soldier that I was then I handed it to the appropriate person and I expect its mounted on some wall in a Officers Mess somewhere

Lol, Sopwith Camel! (I couldn't find the one with the tigher tank) Summer before last, Shuttleworth Collection, Old Warren, Bedford
Just realised this one is ten years old; how time flies! Guess which one is me? Is it the fort... ? That looks like a still from RTW??
Is it the fort... ? That looks like a still from RTW?? Paul, it is a still from an old BBC children's TV programme called ZigZag. It must have been from around 1996/97. All the Romans in the picture are me . That was my 15 minutes of fame, well more like 15 seconds actually. Not sure about the fort, if I remember correctly the whole background was computer generated. Lee
