My apologies for ignoring your three pips
    Cheers

I've done nothing to earn them! Although in our re-enactment group, i've done more than the others to 'earn' them. I can read a map.

    Well done that man!

other two are from late last year working in Southern Sudan.
Well done that man too... for entirely different reasons.

Drew, I was a bit bleary last night, and you posting Nichola's picture briefly made me wonder if you'd had 'a change'...

One to shame me - 36 hours on the go and I am beat .... the look in the M's face says it all , Antwerp April 10.
On Peter's WW2 bike - the house( roof ) in the background was the headquarters of the Antwerp Gestapo....... not a nice place to visit and perhaps good for me that I can look at it and think "Herr Flick".
On the bike - " Crazy frog" was all that could come to mind.

I polished the barrel once, years ago, to cut through years of grime and haven't touched it since.

Here's me, last November at the Boleyn Ground after unveiling the memorial I organised to my GtGrandad's old Ww1 unit, the West Ham Battalion.

I'm on the left (in case you thought I may be Sir Trevor Brooking, Tony Gale, Tony Cottee or Major Lee :D )
