Franek, it appears you have been hitting the beer barrel a bit more often than Ger in post 252 Just kidding, no offence! If I ever reach your age I'd wish I'd be that dapper, both phisycally AND mentally. Cheers! Miguel
Gott. Heni. I met Gerrard / "Gott" in Donegal yesterday for a quick chat and a cuppa . Met his good lasdy wife and family on the nearby beach - spent an hour throwing sticks for my daughters dog . ( Same dog who sh1t in the car on the way down.) Great day James and thanks for meeting up! That pic did take me by surprise and I'm not great at the whole posing thing so I did what any man would do, folded me arms and looked surprised!!! It was a fun to meet up and put a face to the member although thanks to his dog having an accident in his car I think my drive home was probably less odious than James's!!!
It could have been worse Gerard at the moment the offendign creature is stretched out asleep on settee. Nice to meet you , your wee man is a great character .
Spider are you an actor then? Lovely, I'm an extra in my forgotten moments but would LOVE to be in a WW2 film, so far no luck at all!
Well here's me! First attempting some 40's glamour and then the more normal me! Good photo. Is that Desselgem in West Flanders you're from? Edit - sorry, Fabienne. I thought you were a new member for some reason but knew Desselgem rang a bell - now I know why! Good to see you posting here again.

Only act the goat now. Never realised how short he is, then again I'm tall!! He really does look short! I never got lucky to get anything beyond extra work here in Belgium. I did audition for Guildhall but didn't get in sadly enough...
Nice Puttees Why Thank you Drew ; They were such a pain wern't they - worse were the low 57 patt boots in places like the brecons. British Army has always had Kit problems
Heres a pic from Beny sur Mer a few summers back. That's me between Tom (left) and Bernie (right). Tom is a former Calgary Tanks man who saw action in Dieppe, Italy and Holland. Bernie served with the Saskatoon Light Infantry in Italy. Two fine gentleman.
