Anyone with info on personnel of Operation Houndsworth. Anyone know where I can get maps of OPERATION WALLACE HARDY and ROBY
Hi, Welcome to the forum. I see this is your first post. If you use the forum search system with the various operational names above you fill find lots of information - I’ve just done that for Houndsworth and discovered many quality posts - including by Drew who posted above. Steve
Hi to all my fellow researchers. I am very interested in 2 SAS especially when they served in France 1943/44. In particular if anyone has maps for Operation Houndsworth, Hardy, Roby and Operation Wallace and would like to share them with me I would be most grateful. Any information on Operation Hardy which my cousin Jimmy Downey served and was killed 12th September 1944 would be much appreciated.

Like most of the files in this series of SAS Reports the map of the relevant area referred to comprise part of the textual report. Whoever copied the file must have chosen not to copy the associated maps
An example of the maps in this file alongside the associated text. For anybody not to also copy the map must have been a deliberate choice
Could you please send me a copy of the complete file as this is the map I am looking for but it is not clear enough to follow
