iam finding out about my grandads days in the army could anyone shed light on the B.L.A found out he was in norway with them but i have no idea about this unit.he served with the 6th r.h.a,then in italy,holland,belgium he was with the airborne division and also in the atlantic he was with the mercantile aa,but it is the b.l.a that i have no idea about,who set it up,how were the men picked,what countrys the fought in/if anyone could help me in anyway i will be so gratefull,my mum said that he got a certifacate like document from norway saying about his help in liberating norway would anyone know wot this would of been and who could i get in touch with to see if i can get it replaced?also could anyone tell me what the 6TH R.H.A is now called as i found out it was finished in 1947 and i am trying to get a cap badge DARREN
