Bit of Grandad's postwar paperwork. I am assuming that this 'notification of "casualty"' is a standard way of listing any changes in officer availability? Not a casualty in the true sense (as far as I yet know), but a bureaucratic catch all. Hence the quotes around "casualty" ?
