I will be in Arnhem in September and, if time permits, I would be keen on nipping across into Germany to explore some ww2 sites. The plan would be to use the train and I am looking for suggestions as to where I should go (Not too far please cause it is only for 1 day) Perhaps in the Duisberg, Dussledorf, Cologne, Dortmund area. Looking fort Bunkers, Flak Towers Pill Boxes etc etc. Any suggestions most welcome!
