Died from blood loss and shock from a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head at Bowbridge Road Emergency Hospital.

There seems to be a discrepancy between the age he died. The gravestone says 18; death certificate 17. The two newspaper articles differ as well. Do either of you know the date he was born? Lesley
