Hi, My name's Nicolas, I'm 25, I'm French, I live in Bruneval (where there was Operation Biting by Major Frost's paratroopers in February 1942). I like a British and Free French Military Histories. My favourites subjects is a British paratrooper History (1st and 6th Airborne), Battle of Caen, Bruneval Raid (off course), Dieppe Raid, French Special Air Service and battles for Nothern Normandy (Le Havre, Etretat, ...). At the moment, I make search about the Bruneval Raid. I'm sorry if my English is/will not good

Welcome to the forum from Australie Nicholas. Your English is much better than my French. Cheers Geoff
Hi Nicholas and welcome to the forum. I wish my French was as good as your English! It's always good to have another member who is interested in the British Airborne, there aren't enough of us in my opinion!!
Thanks for your welcome. The Chateau was destroyed after the raid by the Germans. Because it was a good landmark (but it was too late...). Now, there is only cellars and foundations. But it's a cows's house now...
Nicolas, Hello and welcome to the forum. You will find many members with an airborne connections on this forum. Regards Tom
