New CWGC Commemorations 9th August 2014

    CWGC added the following casualties to its WW2 Civilian War Dead database today.

    ANDERSON, Joyce
    Died 23.09.42 Age 8
    Reporting Authority: Stirling County

    HUNTER, John
    Died 23.09.42 Age 9
    Reporting Authority: Stirling County

    STENHOUSE, Robert
    Died 23.09.42 Age 10
    Reporting Authority: Stirling County

    WILLIAMS, Francis
    Died 23.09.42 Age 12
    Reporting Authority: Stirling County

    NOT FORGOTTEN

    The above were In From the Cold Project cases
    - All four died when a shell exploded at Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire. (Volunteer: Jim Grant for all)
