    - L/Sgt Francis died of coronary thrombosis
    - Pte Jenkins of self-inflicted gunshot wound
    - Pte Mayfield died of heart failure
    - Pte Paget died of stomach cancer
    - L/Cpl Reid died of gangrene after amputation
    - Pte Thompson died in a railway accident
    - Pte Watson committed suicide by gas poisoning
