CWGC added the following casualties to the WW2 Civilian Roll of Honour today. James ANDERSON Died 23.01.41 Age 58 Reporting Authority: Fife County, Scotland Peter Hogg GRAHAM Died 23.01.41 Age 15 Reporting Authority: Fife County, Scotland David Foster LAING Died 23.01.41 Age 69 Reporting Authority: Fife County, Scotland NOT FORGOTTEN The above were In From the Cold Project cases (Volunteer: Jim Grant) These men were killed along with two others (already commemorated by CWGC) when a sea mine exploded on the foreshore at West Wemyss. These cases were processed very quickly by CWGC when the submissions were made as a memorial plaque to the five men is due to be unveiled in Scotland on 23rd January.
