    - Rumble and White died when a grenade exploded
    - Chandler and Longhurst died when a cannon shell exploded
    - Hathaway and James died when a cannon shell exploded
    - Mr and Mrs Curtis died when a smoke float exploded
    - The four Harrington brothers died when a bomb fuse exploded
    - Bartlett, Westerman and Turner died when a shell exploded
    - The six Irish women died when an aircraft crashed into the NAAFI at RAF Aldergrove
