I have seen, and, photographed this plaque. It's along the same road, same side, as a plaque on the house where Barnes Wallis lived. These are roughly, less than a quarter of a mile apart. Thought that I posted up both of these plaque's a while ago...?

Don't think they will ever have a true body count, since anyone being close to v2 impacting would of been totally obliterated.I have read accounts from neighbours who said, people who were living close to where a v2 has impacted simply disappearing without trace.
There were some lucky people who survived a close encounter with v2's.
One gentleman who was in bed and suddenly found both he and his bed blown outside into the street. Looking across at the remains of his house, told rescue workers "I never did like that house"
An old lady was pulled from the rubble of her house, covered in dust and debris by rescue workers. All she wanted was her black bag,
a rescue worker found it and said "Here it is,whats in it ?".The old lady replied "A bottle of whisky" to which the the rescue replied "now would be a good time to have a sip" she replied "not on your life,i'm saving it for emergencies"
