The Piper of Tobruk's story told by his daughter in new book - The Courier I want to read this! And be sure to read the first comment, from someone whose uncle tended to Roy when he was injured. Cheers, Chris
From Bernard Fergusson's book, The Black Watch and the King's Enemies: Our training went on in North Africa and reinforcements were coming in after our previous losses. He walked in unannounced dressed in a blue coat and grey flannel trousers and was given luncheon in the Officer's Mess to celebrate his return.
