The book 'Fivemiletown's Fallen' was launched on Friday 11th September 2015, in conjunction with the new Fivemiletown Community War Memorial which was dedicated and unveiled on Sunday 20th September 2015. The first edition of the book was printed in a hard back version of 500 copies which sold out very quickly. A second soft back format of 250 copies was printed in mid November, approx. 30 copies remain available for sale. The book records the background stories of 60 First World War servicemen and 12 Second World War servicemen, from the local area of Fivemiletown, Co Tyrone, who made the supreme sacrifice. The 124 page book is printed on quality paper and is illustrated throughout, and is priced at £10.00. Available for sale via 2nd class Royal Mail for £2.00 extra.
