Need to identify Medals in the photo

I think I know most of them but there are a few I'm not familiar with.
Particularly the ones in the bottom row.

Don’t look official to me. But not sure.

 

Dunkirk Medal - Wikipedia

 

1st Div Artillery (of which the 67th Field were part), were tasked with defending the Beaches, so this medal no doubt applies.

Both sets of medals are on the Chest of Lt Col Harding Roberts at a Dunkirk Veterans parade in De Panne.
He left the Regt in 1941 to complete Commando and Parachute training joining 5 COBU
Combined Operations Bombardment Unit in India and Burma.
One of the Medals is the Burma Star
Tom Averill wears the Palestine Medal and the Dunkirk Medal
What is the small cross with the red Ribbon on Lt Col Harding Roberts bottom row
and the medal on the blue Ribbon around is neck?

The gold cross looks like this but relates to WW1.

First thoughts were that it might be a Polish Cross of War Merit, but he should be able to wear one with his mounts, so unlikely ..... so more possibly a Belgian Veterans' Medal ........?

An addition for the Belgian association medal: The fidelitycross was intituted in 1971 for sympathizing members ( new members, family of deseased veterans...) the ribbon could wear a bronze palm for 3 years membership, silver for 5 years and a golden for 8 years membership. Attached are some variations during the years. This medal was made by different manufacturers. Last pic is an accompanying document.
