First time I've got around to using N&MP, and I will use them again - exceptionally fast service.

Though the books did come in a somewhat unusual packing arrangement (presumably learnt from hard experience) which means my floor's now covered in lumps of polystyrene...

I vowed NOT to buy any books for awhile, just re-read the ones I've got.
I've just succumbed to temptation and ordered 5 books for about 21 quid inc p&p.
Four of which are about the 1940 campaign.

But Were they crushed to buggery and looked like the packaging had been used as a chair for a 5-year old's birthday party?

No sparkly new books in lots of polystrene in a sturdy box.

Well there you go then, this package had obviously at no point been entrusted to the tender mercies of your Red van.
    A wise merchant .

Just got an email from the N&M

Current Email Offer :: Other Categories :: Naval & Military Press

    Limited Stock Available
We have accumulated over the course of the months several stock lines that are now in too small a quantity to list in our printed catalogues.

These overstocks have now been reduced to clear our shelves, they are available on a first come first served basis. With prices starting at just ONE POUND we are confident they will disappear from our shelves and on to yours in record time.

WOW!!! Awesome prices just bought myself:

Churchill's Desert Rats: From Normandy to Berlin with the 7th Armoured Division

Sign of the Double 'T': The 50th Northumbrian Division - July 1943 - Decemeber 1944

Operation Scipio: The 8th Army at the Battle of Wadi Akarit - 6th April 1943

Should keep me quiet for a while even though I've already got a large pile of books waiting to be read. :D

I wish they'd start putting the author's name in the main listing for a book.

Well, here's the latest offer for Easter.

    http://www.naval-military-press.com/

Shame I can't whittle down my wish list at the moment, but 20% off might just be too much to pass up - esp. on those more expensive titles.
