I have seen a couple of documentaries on Guernsey, not sure the anthem was part of it.
One is called "Hitler's England, featuring John Nettles, by the German producer Alexander Berkel.

The wiki page does have some details -

    Sarnia Cherie - Wikipedia

Including the mention that it is used as the unofficial anthem.

Possibly the official national anthem is...

God Save the Queen - Wikipedia

Or the Duke of Normandy ;-)

    Duke of Normandy - Wikipedia

In the Channel Islands, the British monarch is known as the "Duke of Normandy", notwithstanding the fact that the current monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, is a woman. The Channel Islands are the last remaining part of the former Duchy of Normandy to remain under the rule of the British monarch.
