Natalie took the trench into school today to be marked. Unfortunately due to it being half-term holidays next week we won't no what she was given until the week after DAMN ! The only thing i can say is that the teacher wanted to keep it to show other classes so it looks good for a good mark. Will let you no the mark she gets when she gets it, because at the end of the day this was a forum effort once again cheers guys. Regards Natalie and Michael.
That's fab! (Go on, be bold & cut the bases off the figures) I was wondering if the modelling bug might bite too. Careful as it's an insidious & sometimes expensive little sod.
Have seen some other models her year have done and i can tell you there is some corkers. The history teachers are really made up with the hard work and effort that the kids have put in.
It is wonderful when the teachers make lessons interesting for the students, as they learn so much better. It is a great idea to make models as this combines several qualities of learning and hopefully stops with the student forever. Keep us posted on the result. Regards Tom
Natalie has got her mark for the trench today and she is absoloutely chuffed to bits. She got a 6A which she tells me is the top mark that you can get. Natalie also tells me the history teachers are over the moon with the effort that all the kids have put into doing this project. So once again a BIG THANKS to everybody on this forum who has helped and encouraged her with this great project in which all the family got involved in and enjoyed doing cheers. Best wishes Natalie and Michael.
