It's designation is very funny in Swedish/Danish. Something like 'Sexy Fartygaskanon'

 

It must be just me that thinks those front wheels look obviously Italian then.

My oh my. I do declare that is an 3" Gun Motor Carriage T1 (M5). A 3in gun mounted on a slightly modified M5 high speed tractor running gear. Standardised as the T5 GMC in 1941 it never made it into production.

 

Interesting, Chamberlain and Ellis have The pilot model was completed in November 1941 and standardised as the T5 GMC. However, no production orders were given, since far superior SP designs had been produced in the meantime. In September 1942 the T1 (M5) was declared obsolete.
I wonder if the reference is for the M5 High Speed Tractor rather than the SP gun.
