Mystery Photograph: India '45

I make them the 1939-45 Star, Burma Star and War Medal. My understanding is that if you qualified for a campaign star then you also qualified for the War Medal which suggests that, with some displaying pairs (missing War Medal) and others triples, the photo was taken while the ribbons were still being distributed. This may provide a further clue to narrow down the date and explain why many of the men are without ribbons.
