    The first time I ever saw that "Wot, no engines" was watching "Theirs Is The Glory" if I'm not mistaken, the wonderful documentary recreation of the Arnhem operation made by and starring actual battle veterans. I've been researching it in a personal project ever since!

    I have just found this first volume of the 2nd Battalion Middlesex Regiment magazine ‘The Chad’. My Grandfather served in this Regiment (William (Bill) Griffen). He landed on D-Day and drove a bren gun carrier. He’d kept this edition from 1945
