    Hi Graeme

Was passing Moston Cemetery today and had a look for your grave. Took some photos on my phone, but really struggled to get any decent shots due to the condition of the grave and the lettering, and also the lighting conditions in that part of the cemetery. Have posted a few up here (with reduced file size) but if you message me your e-mail address i will send you the originals direct.

I'm really sorry for the delay. I've been over today (without reading the thread!) and got the pictures. It was a bit of a mission finding them, and as noted above the lighting and condition of the lettering make them hard to see. Apologies again, and Tony, I'll pop over again this week and get some for you.

Here's a link to the pictures Graeme. What's the story behind him? I plan at some point to try and take all the CWGC headstones in there and any private memorials like this and get as much information on the men and their stories as possible.

Nice Photos. A lot better and clearer than my attempt.

Not sure if they are of interest to you with regard to your proposed project but i came across these graves while looking for Tony's and Graeme's requests.
The RAF one was in the St Anthonys section and both the Fusiliers were in the St Teresa's section.

Thanks Clanky. There's a very unusual CWGC headstone in there too. I've visited hundreds of CWGC cemeteries and never seen another example. It's not strictly on topic for this forum as it's WW1, but it may be of interest. I'd be grateful if anyone has another example, or could confirm it's a privately commissioned headstone by the family.
It contains two men's names, but instead of being one above the other, they are side by side, and the headstone is wider than the standard.

I presume they are relatives given the same surname, but does anyone else have any examples, or is this a one off?
