    An individual posted this link on another forum. After conducting several hours of research on the site, I felt I should post the link here for others to be lured away from reality.

    One thing you can't scale is water. A big model ship doesn't throw up a bow wave like a real ship does. Ditto with shell splashes. Still, there's been some good model making. Here's the full size Nagato from Tora! Tora! Tora! You can see it was built on land.
