Memorial to one Hero of The Few.

    I took these today in the Kingsdown area of Maidstone, Kent. The newly dedicated memorial, also the tree where he fell, and small plaque.

    I picked this up at a bootfair at Lashenden/Headcorn airfield from a stall run by the friends of the museum there. There's a small piece of his Spitfire, recovered from the crash site, underneath his picture.
