I was wondering if anyone had information or could point me towards any photographs of Denmead - Montgomery and Eisenhower stayed there prior to D day - my granddad was here bewtween 18th June 1944 and 25th June - the storm in the channel delayed his regiment crossing. I have found one photograph of the camp in April 1944 of a cobbler working on boots. Would be grateful for any information. Thanks all. John
