Found this about another person; From 14th April, 1944 and is now discharged from. the service under Routine Order #1029 (5C.1) by reason of . TO RETURN TO CIVIL LIFE ON DEMOBILIZATION. on the 19th day of July, 1946. Your number (10) could relate to age or fitness etc.
Seems to be a common order saying basically you are no longer required after [date] A Second War Canadian Memorial Group to the RCEME He was discharged from the Service under Routine Order 1029 (10) as "Unable to meet the required military physical standards" at No. 6 District Depot, Canadian Army, Rehabilitation Wing in Halifax, Nova Scotia on September 30, 1947.
