Looking for blueprints of Landing Ship Dock Casa Grande Class

I'm currently building a vintage 1/288 Lindberg model of a Casa Grande Class LSD and in order to backdate it to an earlier version I'm looking for blueprints or line drawings (especially of the bridge/ pilot house) :

LSD (Landing Ship Dock), Lindberg 70829 (2009)

The version I'm looking for is also that of the four RN LSDs acquired through the Lend-Lease program. Also I would especially appreciate some photos of HMS Eastway for an acquaintance of mine whose grandfather served on this ship. I already know the available HMS Eastway photos in the IWM archive.

I would also like to know which RN LSD took RN LCM3s and RN LCVPs to Antwerp in the winter of 1944-1945. These latter landing craft made their way to the Rhine by canals and by overland transport (source British Pathé) :

Thanks a lot for the link ! It's great to have some blueprints, pity these depict the later upgraded version but useful anyway. You do have an uncanny knack for finding interesting stuff ! Yes, I do know the Navsource site. It's an invaluable site for people like me who are interested in PT boats and Landing Craft. An acquaintance of mine found this highly interesting period film about the LSD and its employment :
